The villa is equipped for six guests to provide everything for your convenience. Situated in a peaceful setting in Konacik, Bodrum, with easy access to all local amenities.

The comfortable, spacious open plan living, dining and designer kitchen area, contains all mod cons including TV, DVD player, satellite decoder and board games. All white goods are Siemens including electric cooker with oven and hood, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There is a microwave, toaster and kettle. Situated on the ground floor is a cloakroom (WC), laundry room with Siemens washing machine, clothes maiden, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and children’s high chair. The dining area includes a large wooden dining table and leather chairs to seat six people. The lounge contains two large chaise lounge ratten designer sofas, TV, DVD player and satellite channels. Leading from the lounge is direct access to the large pergola terrace with a patio table, six chairs and a free standing BBQ with tools for your own entertainment. There are six sun loungers situated around the swimming pool and garden for your own privacy.

A marble spiral staircase leads to the first floor, which consists of three tastefully decorated bedrooms, all furnished to a high standard. Fitted with air conditioning and mosquito nets, the master bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe and besside cabinet with direct access to a private balcony. The 2nd bedroom contains a double bed, fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The 3rd bedroom contains two single beds and a large chest of drawers. There is a large bathroom with shower cubicle, basin and WC. There is direct access to a large roof terrace on the second floor with magnificent views of the Greek Island of Kos, and the local bay of Bitez beach.

We can arrange for someone to meet and greet you at the airport on your arrival with the villa keys and transfer you and your party by private Taxi for £30 each way to/from the villa, paid locally. If a mini bus is required the fee is £45, paid locally. Our guide will also be available to show you the location of essential equipment in the villa. A welcome pack for the first nights essentials i.e; bread, milk, water, butter, jam, cheese, tea, coffee, toilet rolls and eggs, can be arranged for an additional £10, paid locally. Additional weekly cleaning can be arranged for a fee of £25, paid locally.

Please note, there is some building work in this locality as in many areas of the Bodrum Peninsula.
