CASA PAROTA is 15-25 minutes (depending on traffic) north of the Puerto Vallarta airport - at La Puntilla, a new development of 19 luxury homes. La Puntilla is located on the Bay of Banderas (private beach front and park), between the towns of Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, on the road to Punta de Mita.
CASA PAROTA is over 2,300 sq feet (and over 1,800 sq ft of stone patio around the pool) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; the 4th bedroom has been changed into an office with telephone, fax, email, an answering machine, and additional sleeping (futon and/or queen size inflatable mattress).

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and gourmet cookware. Extra Large Washer and Dryer. Purified Water. CASA PAROTA comes with an American property manager, pool man, housekeeper and gardener. The managers live nearby in La Cruz, and are easily accessible via phone from Casa Parota.
