This two bedroom & loft, two bath garden-style condo, features a large wrap-around screened porch, and is perfect for entertaining the family. With vaulted ceilings, a south eastern exposure and walls of windows, it is light, airy, open and offers very comfortable surroundings. Location is very convenient to all of Sea Colony's many resort amenities. It is steps away from a shuttle stop, outdoor heated pool and world class tennis center.
New for 2008 Rental Season. In the Unit: New Carpets, Wired and Wireless High Speed Internet and other upgrades. Around Sea Colony - Bethany and Sea Colony have replenished their beaches, at least tripling the amount of sand above the high tide line.

Outdoor Pools - From Sept 5th to the 17th, Ocean Pool 3 and the Aquatic Center will be open from 10am-6pm. After the 17th, only the indoor pools in Edgewater and Fitness Center pools will be open.
