Everything in this home is new. All mattresses are brand new, all beds have new down duvet coverings and designer sheets, towels are brand new and sumputous, all new kitchen appliances, plates, glasses, pots and pans.
Media room boasts 42 inch flat screen TV with new DVD player, Direct TV and surround sound stereo. The home also has a brand new stereo with CD player with speakers throughout the interior and exterior.
Daily maid service can be arranged for an extra fee. Pool and yard maintenance are included in rental.
