Nicely appointed, 2 bedroom 1 bath condo in the heart of the Quarter.Shotgun style, so it gets quieter the farther back you go.
It is nearly 1k sqft in size.
Great pool in the back of dependency house too.
Wood floors, fireplace mantels,lush courtyard with a round swimming pool in the private rear courtyard.
There is a fully equipped kitchen in the last room of the house as well as a dining area, living room in the front and 2 bedrooms and bath in the center.
Lafitte's In Exile is one block away.
There are so many incredible restaurants, bars, shops just right outside the front door.
There is weekly maid service if desired and a secured parking spot for an additional small fee. High speed wireless Internet, cable tv and local telephone.
A great location for the convention traveler or the visiting vacationer.
Near the World War II/DDay Museum, Aquarium of the Americas, IMAX , Audubon Zoo.
