We decorated our new cottage in a warm, inviting style with a combination of dark woods, leather and sea grass - with many more upgrades than you would normally expect to find in a rental property. Abbotsford is centrally located in the neighborhood, just a few steps to one of the 2 community pools.
BEACH ACCESS is just 6/10's of a mile: a 10 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride or 1 minute car ride. This property is affordably close to the beach VS gulf front at 2 or 3 times the price.
1st FLOOR: Open floor plan – Spacious Living Room, Dining Room and Gourmet Kitchen with ceramic stove cook top; granite countertops, drop lights, bar stools. A guest bedroom with Queen Bed is also conveniently located on the main level along with an adjacent full bath.
2nd FLOOR: The Master Bedroom features a King Bed, private bath with oversized tile shower and private porch. Just down the hall are 2 more guest rooms: one with a Queen Bed and the other with 2 twin beds and adjacent full bath.
3rd FLOOR TOWER ROOM: Overlooking ‘Hidden Lake’, this room features comfortable leather chairs; ottomans; a loveseat and LCD TV with DVD and VCR. The tower is great as a media room or a quiet retreat to enjoy a good book.
