Mayorine Cottage is a 130 year-old traditional West Indian cottage at 600 feet above sea level in the Morningstar area of Nevis. The cottage has been restored and updated by the owners who are both artists. The fenced property is accented by mango, sour orange and coconut palms. Shade is plentiful under the mature sandbox and ginnip trees.
Behind Mayorine cottage, Mount Nevis rises to 3100 feet. On the spacious porch, the hammock beckons or you can enjoy a sunset view of the ocean. Inside the open plan kitchen and living area is decorated with a West Indian flair for bright colors. Both main bedrooms are spacious and airy and a loft-type room is great for kids.
Mayorine Cottage is located in an area of Nevis well loved for the soft warm breezes and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and Monserrat. The closest beach is a five-minute drive. All beaches on Nevis are accessible as you can drive around the entire island in forty-five minutes! The beaches are very diverse and you may find yourself choosing a different type of beach each day depending upon your mood. Or you may wish to hike up the volcano (Mount Nevis) or into the rainforest where you will encounter lush vegetation, possible monkey sightings and other indigenous wildlife.

Reservations for Mayorine Cottage are held for 72 hours pending receipt of 50% deposit by check or money order. A receipt of payment and information sheet is mailed out upon receipt of deposit. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival in Nevis.
Credit cards are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the 50% deposit less a 15% booking fee.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival.
