You are looking at our family’s two bedroom, two bath condominium in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
This non-smoking condominium is located less than 1 mile from Dollywood, and is less than ½ mile from Stoplight #8 in Pigeon Forge. Despite its proximity to popular attractions, it is very quiet and secluded. It is walking distance to the Gatlinburg Golf Course and close to all of the popular Smoky Mountain sights.
It is also walking distance to Patriot Park in Pigeon Forge which is the transfer point for the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge trolleys.
The condo has a queen-sized bed in each bedroom and sleeps four. Please do not reserve this condo if your party is larger than four. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, washer / dryer, two cable televisions, with a VCR, wood-burning fireplace, and in-room Jacuzzi. The condo is a second-floor unit. Tandem parking is available for two cars.
There is a $ 50.00 cleaning fee and refundable security deposit of $ 100.00. If there is no damage to the unit, your deposit will be refunded within 10 days of check out.
This is an American owned condominium and is where we spend our family vacations. We do our best to keep everything in good working order. |
