FOR LARGER PARTIES 2 IDENTICAL VILLA'S SIDE BY SIDE ARE AVAILABLE
WELCOME TO OASIS VILLA YOUR HOME FROM HOME
Our home boasts 4 bedrooms, two of these being master rooms with en suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms have twin beds in each and a 3rd bathroom. One of the twin rooms is Disney themed for the younger members of your family or just the young at heart.
The Living area, Dining area and well equipped Kitchen are all open plan with patio doors leading to your private pool and spa.
The villa is fully air conditioned.For your extra comfort ceiling fans have been added to the Living area, Bedrooms and Lanai
For your further enjoyment we provide free of charge a Cot, High Chair,Games Room, Cool Box with Picnic Set and much more.
Emerald Island has a protective and protected buffer of woodlands and wetlands. The resort is a ‘land island’ amidst a sea of lush vegetation. The winding palm-lined road that leads you to a holiday Oasis is a prelude to the community’s grandeur. The colonnaded entry, complete with a dolphin fountain provides a dramatic sense of arrival to this gated enclave. Once inside you feel as if you have entered a special preserve. Emerald Island is surrounded by a Conservation Area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community, providing a wonderful nature trail and picnic area. Only minutes from all the attractions,shops and restaurants yet this ‘island’ resort is a haven of peace and relaxation.
You enter the villa stepping into the hallway which opens into the spacious & light open plan Living/Dining area & kitchen.
LIVING AREA.
The living area comes equipped with a full entertainment system with a cable TV & DVD player with films for the whole family to enjoy. For the younger or older children there is a Games console with games. For the music lover you too are catered for with a stereo system & CD's. There is a telephone with answer machine which you can make free local calls.For long distance & international calls you will need a telephone card or credit card.Here you will also find the full sized sofa bed & additional seating. From the living area you access the Pool & Spa area with the extended deck via the patio doors which has a door alarm so children can not get to the pool without Mum or Dad being alerted.
DINING AREA.
Formal dining table seating six & a smaller breakfast table in the nook seating four.
KITCHEN.
This well equipped Kitchen, overlooking the Living area and Nook,
comes with large oven/hob,microwave,
dishwasher,large fridge/freezer (Inc
ice maker),coffee maker,toaster,
cookware,crockery and utensils to easily cater for ten people.Oasis Villa is also equipped with a large Washer and Dryer.
MASTER BEDROOM SUITE ONE
Features a queen sized bed,walkin closet and full en suite bathroom with double shower. Patio doors lead to the Lanai,pool/spa and deck area.
Cable TV, Alarm clock and Hairdryer are standard in this suite.
MASTER BEDROOM SUITE TWO
Features a Queen sized bed,builtin closet and full en suite bathroom.Cable TV, Alarm Clock and Hairdryer are provided for your use.
TWIN BEDROOM ONE & TWO
Each of these bedrooms have Twin Beds.Both rooms have builtin closets and one is decorated in a Disney theme.
GAMES ROOM
Pool Table,Table Football, Board Games and a box of Toys are located here.
POOL & SPA/JACUZZI
Patio doors from the Living area and Master Suite One lead to the Lanai(covered patio)and extended deck 22ft X 40ft with its Pool and additional raised Spa.Under water lights illuminate the pool in the evening.All this is enclosed by a screen to keep any insects out.From this area you have a door to give access to the bathroom in the mastersuite for your convenience.
Also provided are pool toys, patio furniture and sunbeds for everyone enjoyment.A safety screen is provided between the lanai and the pool for your safety.Po |
