Our first floor OCEAN VIEW condominium has 3 large bedrooms, 2 full size bathrooms, a large well-stocked kitchen / elegant dining area / and comfortable living room along with an outside private 9'x 20' balcony. Your family will enjoy the many upscale amenities in this beautifully decorated and completely furnished apartment. The unit includes cable TV in each of the bedrooms and living room, ceiling fans, central a/c, washer/dryer, and various adult / children games and toys.
Our property is located at 506 E. 16th Avenue in the desirable area of North Wildwood. We are ONLY TWO DOORS AWAY with NO STREETS to CROSS from the beach, boardwalk, and children's sand playground. Our unit is at the quiet and less traveled north end of the boardwalk, where you can board the tram to reach the breath taking amusement rides, cool waterparks, casual / fine restaurants and assorted specialty shops. Join in on the fun while riding the waves, building sand castles with the kids, or watching the dolphins jump and play in the ocean. Enjoy all the sights and sounds, including Friday night fireworks at the beach, while lounging or entertaining on our spacious OCEAN VIEW private balcony.
Garage and driveway provide ample parking for two vehicles ( the car to fit in the garage must be smaller than a full size van).

| 4 multiple VCR/DVD TVs, pack-&-play crib, high chair, various children games & toys, movies for children and adults, iron, ironing board, large George Foreman electric indoor grill & BBQ outdoor gas grill, 4 beach kites, 4 boogie boards, toddler inflatable wading pool, 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. New purchase of a Beach Cart to haul everything but the kids to the beach and back with less hassle! Bring your bikes or anything else you may want to store in our extra large storage room.
