Forty unit condominium complex has a newly remodeled/refurbished upstairs 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit overlooking swimming pool and commons. Near the Indian River, and equadistant from the National Seashore's Playalinda Beach and Cocoa's Jetty Park. This unit is close to shopping, golf courses, walking and bicycle paths, and Parrish Fitness Center (two indoor pools, classes, and weekly memberships available). Fishing is wonderful here! You can surf, fish from the beach, or rent a boat for river or canal fishing, or charter one from Port Canaveral for deep sea. Port Canavaral also houses a ship casinoes that go out twice a day. Whether you are just looking for a quiet, sunny spot vacation, or want the excitement of Disney, Orlando, and The Kennedy Space Center, Fleur De Lis in Titusville may be for you. Our local restaurants are great, nearby salons offer complete spa services, our local library offers internet access, and Jess Parrish Medical Center is right in town. Leases have use of our pool and recreation room. Please know that your stay must be at least two weeks.
