In the event of cancellation, refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under this contract. If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading your time in for a later time may be considered, based on availability. Any increases in the fee (Fees are established in January of each year and will be posted on the website) will need to be paid.

The security deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of termination of occupancy provided that there are no long-distance charges on the phone bill, linens are stripped from the beds and placed in the laundry room, floors are broom swept & vacuumed, dishes done, and trash in proper receptacles. The condo should be left neat. Real and personal property are in the same locations & condition as when occupancy commenced, and all terms of this agreement are met*. Renter is liable for all replacements and repairs needed to attain the same condition as when occupancy commenced. (If you break something it is easiest for everyone if you replace it before you leave } : )
