2100 sq feet of air-conditioned/heated living area on 100 feet of
direct beach frontage. The beach house has been recently renovated
and modernized. The house's interior is bright and cheerful with a
professional finish. We have stocked the house to provide you with
utmost comfort and convenience -- just bring your food and family

The house is in a wonderful location, located on A1A -- 4 miles
North of "the old city" in St. Augustine, Florida, 20 miles South of
Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and 15 miles from the World Golf
Village. You can't ask for a better location !!!
The house has a private wooden beach walkover access to a non-
crowded beach with large beach dockage complete with seating and
electricity on the beach. Your own private access to the beach !!
This is one of the best oceanfront rentals in St. Augustine !!!
We cater to family unit vacation rentals and strive to provide an
upscale family oceanfront beach vacation rental. We have made the
following House Rental Policies to ensure the quality of all
rentals. Please do not request any exceptions to these policies:
1) No Pets/Animals allowed on the property which includes the back
yard
2) No Smoking allowed on ANYWHERE on the property (this includes
deck, porch, front and back yard). (Please rent elsewhere if you or
anyone in your rental party smokes).
3) Minimum age required to rent house is 25 years and the person
who books the house rental must be staying at the house for entire
rental period (no sub-leasing or parents renting for their children
under the age of 25 is allowed).
4) No house parties allowed in the house or on the property, no
large family reunions, no weddings / receptions, no "spring
breakers".
Rental will be forfited with the loss of all remaining rent and
deposit fees if the above house policies are not followed.
