Lovely like new 4 bedroom home in exclusive gated community. This house is located in a neighborhood with beach access, tennis courts and swimming pool/pool house. The house features wonderful views and is located directly across from the beach. Pool and boardwalk to beach as well as playground area for kids are a short walk away. (5 minutes at most)
The home is two story with two bedrooms and a loft upstairs and two bedrooms and sofa sleeper down. The kitchen has beautiful pickled cabinets, ceramic tile and soothing colors. All cookware, glassware and utensils including coffee maker and blender are included.
Two bedrooms downstairs feature twin size beds in one room and queen in other. Queen bedroom has access to screened porch and private shower bath. Twin bedroom has access to tub bath. Queen sofa sleeper in den.
Upstairs you'll find a very spacious master bedroom with king size bed and bath with jacuzzi tub and private water closet. French doors lead to upper balcony with spectacular views of gulf. An upstairs loft area houses a daybed with trundle. The second upstairs bedroom features a queen size bed and is decorated in a sailboat motif.
There are lots of porches for visiting and taking in the views. There is a large screened porch on the side that overlooks the golf course as well as covered porches all around. There is a high chair and baby bed available upon request.
This home is sure to be a peaceful and relaxing getaway for the entire family!!
