This vacation rental home is absolutely wonderful. It is BRAND NEW & TURN KEY. The decor has an Island feeling. Making it easy for you to sit back and enjoy the beauty that is Lake Havasu! This vacation home has a gorgeous master bedroom with sunk in shower, his & hers sinks and a large walk in closet with organizer. The 2 guest bedrooms are a nice size with mirrored closet doors,Queen beds and a dresser and 2 nightstands. Vaulted ceilings make the living room and kitchen very open and airy with great florescent and natural lighting. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs and the living room is where you'll want to be to watch the 47 INCH WIDE SCREEN TV! Perfect for those lazy Sunday's. There's an inside laundry room with washer and dryer. And who can forget about the 3 CAR BOAT DEEP GARAGE WITH WORKBENCH! The courtyard is lovely with a BBQ propane grill and patio set. Right next to the courtyard is a GORGEOUS POOL with lights, waterfall coming out of a granite bench and 2 lion heads spouting water. Gated RV parking & full hookups.
