Spend the Season in this magnificent townhome located in the heart of Scottsdale on prestigious Gainey Ranch, just a short walk from the Hyatt Regency Resort. It features a lagoon front location with great views from both levels.
The townhouse has two master suites with cathedral ceilings and private baths, both with their own balcony. The rear master bedroom features his and her closets, a two way fireplace into the master bath and great views (see photos). The master bath has a soaking tub next to the fireplace, television, his and her sinks and a private commode closet. The second bedroom is separated from this bedroom by an office landing with phone / fax / printer and a second floor laundry room. This bedroom has a skylighted bathroom and a walk-in-closet. The private, huge balcony overlooks the community with some distant mountain views.
