adjustable jets! Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a second bathroom. Queen size pull out bed in living
room. There is cable TV, and a VCR/DVD in every room.
Cook a goumet meal on the kitchen island while chatting with guests in the living and dining areas.
There are dishes and cutlery for 10, and dining room seats 10.
The building has a heated olympic size pool, hot tub/jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. Free umbrellas and deck
chairs at the pool and beach. Building has a gym with standing and free weights, a children´s playroom, a
game room/pool table, a convenience store, a dry cleaning store, and beauty salon (hair, nails, facials and massage) on the premises.
The apartment is only 25 blocks from LINCOLN ROAD and South Beach, with its boutiques, art galleries, book stores and night life, and only 10 minutes from Bal Harbor, with its upscale mall. The building is very quiet and has 24-hour security. There is free parking for one car, as well as 24- hour valet parking if desired. Free
linens and towels, including beach towels. Ironing board, iron, hairdryer, music box, TV/DVDs. There is a card operated laundry on the same floor. There is phone, cable and also wireless INTERNET service, and a
FAX machine in the apartment.
The Sea Coast Condo is 10 miles from
Miami International Airport, and minutes from all the major attractions, marinas, stadiums, malls and hospitals.
