You will find this unit to be light and sunny throughout and offers the Preferred Southern Exposure. This home has an open floor plan and wide doorways (should ease of mobility be a consideration). Condo R-27 is a second story unit in an elevator equipped building. The pool and the beach are only a few steps away.
The living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa and love seat for casual living. The condo is beautifully furnished, offering all the amenities: Central Air/Heat, Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and Living area, 2 Cable TV's, VCR/DVD and tapes, 3 Phones (No Charge for Local Calls), Ample Bed Linens and Towels.
The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with icemaker, full oven/stove, toaster, blender, electric can opener, coffeemaker, toddler chair, large pantry for storage and closeted washer/dryer.
We come equipped with Portacrib, toddler chair, and umbrella stroller.
