Our year round vacation cottage is perfectly located and comfortably equipped to handle all your getaway needs. Located in Saugatuck, we are only 2 miles from downtown, 10 miles from Holland, and a leisurely 8 minute drive to the beaches of Lake Michigan. A quick 100 ft. walk will get you to our brand new pool and another 200 ft. stroll will take you to our private beach on Lake Goshorn.
Come any time: our real wood fire place makes this an ideal getaway for your winter excursion and our central air conditioning makes it a comfortable retreat in the summer. The cottage is a single story with screened in porch, full kitchen and a barbeque grill. With two spacious bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with a double and a twin) and a hide-a-bed in the living room, you can sleep up to seven at a time here!
Drive-up parking and a very easy to find location! Minutes from all the great attractions you've come to love in Saugatuck!

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to first night of stay are entitled to a dollar amount credit (equal to the amount of the rent paid + cleaning fee) to be applied toward future stays at the cottage (subject to availability). A cancellation always results in the loss of deposit.
Cancellations of reservations made with dollar credit resulting from previous cancellation will be entitled to dollar credit (equal to the amount of the rent paid + cleaning fee) to be applied toward future stays at the cottage (subject to availability) regardless of the time of cancellation. These cancellations will not be entitled to a cash refund.
