Our large heated pool offers sun, shade, and great place for a poolside barbecue or picnic.
Our spacious, luxury condo is completely equipped with all amenities. It has been completely updated and redecorated, including beautiful new ceramic tile throughout. Our spacious, open, airy living room has brand new furniture, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There are 3 TVs with Cable, a DVD player, VCR player, and high speed Internet access is available. Our fully-equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal for your family. The master bedroom has new furniture, including a top-of-the-line Sealy queen-sized pillow-top mattress bed, 27" TV with DVD, and separate full private bath located in the master bedroom. The second bedroom had two double beds, Cable TV, and separate full bath. Our private balcony has a view of Tiki Gardens across the street on Gulf Blvd. Every floor in the building has a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. The onsite building management highly maintains both the building and individual units.
The private balcony with patio furniture has a beautiful view over the intracoastal waterway and Tiki Gardens across the street. Assigned, reserved parking space in our under-the-building parking garage protects your vehicle from heating up in the hot Florida sun. Easy access to all central Florida world-famous attractions. Walk to minimarket, great restaurants, shops and entertainment. Enjoy beachside volleyball, swimming, sunning, snorkeling, shelling, sand castles, fishing, boogie boarding, parasailing, miniature golf, public golf courses and glorious sunsets. Watch the dolphins traveling the beautiful gulf coastline. The gulf coast offers stunning sunsets over the ocean and picturesque sunrises over the intracoastal waterway.
