New home built in late 2004 with private swimming pool/spa and patio furniture & safety fence.

This home was custom decorated by the owners. Furnished to a high standard, it features five bedrooms with double master suites, 1 king bed,2 Queen Beds, 4 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa Bed. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. You can find extra linen, blankets, and towels in the hallway closet.

All beddings were recently purchased in late 2007 and with supreme quality.

Laundry facilities (a washer & separate dryer) can be found in the utility area at the back of the garage. Baby Equipment is available at no extra charge.

The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer with ice-maker, range cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher.

The villa also offers 3 Cable TVs, 1 DVD and 1 VCR Player, advanced Game cube; High speed internet access is free for guests to use.

It was GREAT! ! ! We had our son, his wife and our two grand children, and our daughter and her fiance. After very long days at the parks, we went "home" to the great pool and spa. Over all the experience was outstanding. Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our "quiet time". James, the caretaker, was very helpful. Your house is in good hands. Already thinking about when we can come back.

Well about the house, we drove from Canada to Florida and driving up the street on Zurieq, we were very relieved to know that it was in a well-mainted area, clean and all new homes. Yes, there is a 1331 Zurieq house and it was beautiful on the outside. The inside was just as beautiful. The picture on the website does not do justice for the actual house. It was very clean and well layed out. There are actually 5 bedrooms (I think the floor plan on the website does not actually show you 5 bedrooms). Three bathrooms and in the centre of all the bedrooms was a living room and dining area. The kitchen has all appliances and is very nice to cook in. We used the pool and jacuzzi every night.
We brought our parents and they loved it. This is a home away from home and better.
I received my deposit back with a few weeks from me returning home. No worries!!

I wanted to let you know that our stay at "Woody" will be one that I will never forget. I had a party of eight, three couples and two children. Your home was very inviting from the moment we drove up to it. The house is in a great neighborhood, tucked away from the "strip." The house is as beautiful and roomy on the inside as well as the outside. It had plenty of room to accommodate all of our party, as far as bedrooms, eating areas, and your inviting livingroom. It had all the necessities. It was as if we stepped into our own homes. After long days and evenings at Disney, it was nice to go back to such a warm house.

I just want to take a minute to thank you for allowing us to rent your wonderful home. It was very spacious and enjoyable. The community in which it is located is quiet and convenient.
