| | Policies and Other Fees | | | | Cleaning Fee: $100.00 | | Cancellations and Refunds | | The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation and deposit will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have mailed your confirmation, your deposit cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented (and then less a $50 Administrative Fee). The earlier you warn us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting. If you cancel within 21 days, you will get 50% of your deposit refunded.
Deposits
50% of the amount due at time of reservation and the remaining balance 30 days prior. Your $500 security deposit will be returned to you in its entirety one week after your departure, provided nothing is missing, broken or irreparably damaged.
Other Fees:
50% rental deposit, and $500 security deposit.
