This charming 1200 sq ft three-bedroom ranch home has been freshly painted with new floor coverings throughout. Relax with a good book in the the family room or watch a dvd/video or satellite dish TV in the living room. There's plenty of room for everyone. All three bedrooms have new linens, comforters, and pillows to ensure restful nights and pleasant mornings. The kitchen is fully equiped with dining service for 8, plus pots, pans, flatware & cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender, mixer, etc. A barbaque grill and separate campfire pit outdoors for your dining and evening pleasures. Utility room is equipped with a laundry tub, iron,& ironing board.
Enjoy the wooded surroundings from two decks. Observe the many species of song birds, wild turkeys, and deer who call Havenwood home. Walk our private trails through the woods-choose the ridge trail or the valley trail. Cycle, walk, or drive to three Lake Michigan public beaches within one to two miles. A short drive north or south will put you in the midst vacation fun either in Saugatuck or South Haven.
