This gulf front complex offers a heated pool and outdoor grills ON THE BEACH! Located between St. Petersburg and Clearwater Beach, this immaculately maintained unit (no smoking, please) includes a fully equipped kitchen, free local telephone service, air conditioning, cable television, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, full linens, covered parking, washer and dryer,plasma TV in living room and TV's in each bedroom. This location offers a variety of restaurants and easy access to attractions such as deep sea fishing, golf, Busch Gardens, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Tropicana Field and Raymond James Stadium.
From Tampa International Airport, take Interstate 275 South towards St.
Petersburg. After you cross the Howard Franklin Bridge exit at Park Boulevard. Take Park Boulevard west until you dead-end at Gulf Boulevard. Go left (South) on Gulf Boulevard for approximately ¼ mile. There will be a sign out front for “Beach Palms.”
Rates are listed below ranging from $850 - $1150 per week. There is a $100 cleaning fee and 12 % sales tax. YOU WON'T GET A DISCOUNT IF YOU DON'T ASK! A $300 security deposit must be received no less than ten days after booking to hold a reservation. Payment in full must be received no less than thirty days prior to arrival. Keys to the unit will be sent after full payment is received. The security deposit will be mailed within ten days if the unit is not damaged during your visit and all keys are returned. There is a $20 charge for each key lost during the visit. Check-in is at 3:00 PM / Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
