Newer 3,000 sq. ft. beachfront home on Grand Traverse Bay on the scenic Leelanau Peninsula for all-season beauty and recreation. This well appointed home comfortably accommodates 18-22 guests and is perfect for family reunions and large groups. The Master Bedroom suite includes a private bath with whirlpool tub. The private family suite has 2 bedrooms & a bath. There are nine bedrooms total and four tile baths. Bed linens & bath towels are provided. The entrance to the home is in a private wooded setting. Out the back door, it is a short walk across the lawn to the sandy beach and the water. Two decks, a screened porch, a large hot tub and ample windows allow one to enjoy the spectacular views.
This home comfortably accommodates family reunions and groups. The greatroom and the gameroom remain as common spaces even with the maximum number of guests. If only eight of the nine bedrooms are needed, a den on the first floor offers 'get away' space. Each of the bedrooms has its own unique character and has a cozy corner for reading or contemplation. Bed linens, bath towels & kitchen towels are provided at no extra charge.
Enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, espresso maker, electric griddle, mixer, & Sharp Knives.
