Also plenty of room for your boat and car within the fenced-in yard as well as the ability to clean and maintain your boat yourself
Homeowners park with boat ramp and picnic facilities within walking distance for you to launch your boat or jet ski. One mile from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park with beach access, incredible fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving and more. Lots of great restaurants, clubs and shopping centers nearby. Only 20 minutes from the famous Tiki Bar at Holiday Isle and a few blocks from The Carribian Club where the movie Casa Blanca was filmed.
RV Lot can be rented separately from the house by the week or month with access to laundry room. Please inquire as to rates and availability for full hook up.
This rental is hundreds less than comparables since owner is looking for repeat, mature renters that will come back every year and feel at home. This is a boaters, fishermans, shrimpers, snorkelers, divers, dream area! If your one of the above or just like the peace and quite you'll love it!
