Modern oceanside/Kapoho Beach home in gated community is fully furnished with everything your family or group will need to make your dream Hawaii vacation easy and fun. This is a 3 bedroom with queen beds plus two futons in livingroom, for up to 10 guests. Listen to the waves lull you to sleep at night. Enjoy the water view from your 40 foot lanai/deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. A gas barbeque grill is also provided ready to cook the fresh fish you can catch just steps away. Champagne pond is about 15 minute walk or 5 minute ride on our new beach cruizer bikes!
Only 35 miles south of Hilo and 9 miles from quaint, colorful Pahoa. Easy drive to the Merrie Monarch Festival or lava flow viewing (as Pele permits).
Other amenities include: satellite TV, DVD player with movies, DSL Internet Broadband, games, and playing cards are all there for you when you tire of exploring the many tidepools and ocean teamed with fish, turtles, dolphins and coral. Perhaps you would like to visit the Volcanoes national Park - its only 28 miles; the black sand beaches are close by too. The Lava Tree Park is on the way in! Visit waterfalls and rainforests. Several surfing sites are very close by. Hibiscus and plumeria line the lava wall of the grassy lawn. When you tire of the hassle of the busy cities in Hawaii, come and enjoy the peaceful quiet of old Hawaii at Kapoho Joe's Beach House.
