The home is an an exclusive area of Southern Maine, Prouts Neck/Black Point, and is on a private road. Scarborough Beach is a private beach fronting Prouts Neck and is unique among southern Maine's sandy beaches. The beach is over a mile long and is free of development. The beach and area are outstanding for swimming, walking, surfing, and boating. There are spectacular views of Stratton Island, Shooting Rocks, and Black Point. The home itself is large with 4 bedrooms, a living room, 2 family rooms, a dining room, and a screened porch with deck. All amenties included -- W/D, D/W, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, high speed nternet.
