Large 2BR/2BA with spectacular ocean view of white sandy beach in New Smyrna Beach, on the central east coast of Florida. We are on the non-driving section of this fabulous beach! (One hour from Disney & Orlando International Airport) -- Our large porch overlooks the ocean and a tropically landscaped courtyard with a view of the ocean front swimming pool. We are on the third floor. Our condominium is 1300 square feet and is newly refurbished. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, TV with VCR and DVD player and large bathroom with shower. Plenty of closet space too. There's also a wonderful view of the ocean! The guest bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed, a large closet and plenty of drawer space. Relax in the living room on beautiful leather couches while you watch the waves roll onto the shore. The kitchen has all the comforts of home and overlooks the dining and living area. We have a queen and twin size inflatable mattress,port a crib, booster chair, beach towels and chairs in the unit. We also have two televisions and two phones for your convenience and high speed wireless internet available. Work from the beach, pool or porch with our WI-FI connection!
-- Please come and enjoy our home-away-from-home. You will have a wonderful time! -- Our condominium is in a resort complex on the southern part of New Smyrna Beach. The grounds are tropically landscaped and include a beautiful oceanfront heated pool (winter months), lighted tennis court, shuffleboard, and large patio gazebo. Step from the pool onto the white sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean to fish, swim, surf, play volleyball, bicycle, or sail. -- We are only an hour away from Orlando, home of Disney World, Sea World, and Universal, and only a half hour to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center. -- New Smyrna Beach was voted "Best Beach in Florida" by the readers of Florida Monthly Magazine and has numerous art galleries, live theater, shopping, and dining. Visit historic Flagler Avenue with its quaint shop, pubs, and restaurants. -- Amenities: phone, air conditioning, TV, cable TV, VCR, stereo, CD player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, beach towels and chairs, queen size self inflating mattress, washer and dryer (on same floor), pool (shared), charcoal grill (BBQ), no smoking -- activities (on site or nearby): hiking, biking, golf, tennis, gym, shuffleboard, miniature golf, amusement parks, fishing, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, live theater, cinemas, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, waterskiing, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, shelling, and volley ball.
