Description
Our beautiful one bedroom, 2 bath condo is across
from a large park and the best beach in Maui. The very
dry climate means you are virtually guaranteed a
spectacular sunset every evening. Our condo has a
partial ocean view and is in easy walking distance to
Kihei Village.
We live nearby and check the condo often to make sure
it is in perfect condition.
Kamaole Sands is a large complex but is spread out
over ten acres. The pool and area has just been redone,
and is truly a nice, friendly, safe area with lots of chairs
and tables. There are two jacuzzis and one kiddie pool.
There are very nice tennis courts as well. Also, you can
reserve one of several barbecue areas and enjoy your
outdoor feast right on the grounds.
$200 deposit to hold requested dates. Balance to be paid in full prior to 30 days of arrival. Cancellation less than 30 days of arrival - forfeiture of deposit. Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival - $50. fee, all other monies returned.
Other Fees:
State excise and transient accomodations tax 11.42%.
