Wine Country, Mediterranean Villa on six acres with a private gated entrance. Breathtaking, incredible "Valley of the Moon" and vineyard views!!! Next to Cline Cellars, Gloria Ferrar Champagne Caves, and Viansa Wineries. Truly a picture -perfect setting in Sonoma Wine Country, just minutes from downtown Sonoma and 25 miles from San Francisco and Oakland.
This beautiful, 4700 square foot villa features four private bedrooms plus an Italian leather sleeper sofa in the den,and a full queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs entertainment room , a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and completely equipped for entertaining,a brand new heated 40 X 15 swimming pool with slide for the kids to enjoy, massive decks with views, and verandas. The bright, light, and open interior is accentuated by soaring ceilings, two-story windows, and French doors leading onto the paver tiled verandas and courtyard containing a fountain.
The master bedroom has a sun room and a shower detailed with glass block, and an antique king size poster bed, and private deck. There are two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds and sharing a full bath, upstairs, with an attached upper level large deck overlooking cline cellars vineyard, and lounge chairs. The downstairs features one bedroom with a queen bed, and entertainment room with full-size queen sleeper, full bath, and washer and dryer.
There are two fireplaces, one in the airy kitchen/dining room, and a large stone fireplace in a corner of the great room. The courtyard features a fountain, and a blue tiled pool. The outside verandas feature patio dining furniture that seat 13 people, and the inside dining room table accommodates ten, with the breakfast bar area in the adjoining kitchen seating an additional two people. There is a gas grill and a smoker available for barbecuing. The entire home is air conditioned. The home has three televisions ,three VCR's, and a video library. The stereo system has Bose speakers in nearly every room, including the outside decks. We have added a large screen TV in the den, with a DVD player, including a DVD library of recent hits. This luxury home comes with internet access via high speed wireless.
The Black Sterling Villa is located on a working Friesian Ranch, thus big, black, beautiful, and majestic Friesian horses are viewed through the villas' arched windows. The exquisite horses, imported from Europe, have a private Mediterranean barn and adjoining pastures and arena. The Friesian stable is privately owned by the owner of the Villa, and not open to the public.
All kitchen utensils, towels, and linens are included. The entire house is air conditioned and available for up to 12 people for nightly only available Nov thru Mar, weekly, or monthly occupancy... We have a one week minimum during high season, Apr-Oct, and the villa comfortably sleeps 12 people and rents for $4370 per week, including tax and all fees.
If the villa is vacant and it is less than 30 days prior to your stay, we will rent it by the night at a rate of $975 per night including tax, with a 2 night minimum.
Take advantage of our low season rates, Nov-Mar, at only $3770 per week, or $600 per nite weekdays, and 800/nite weekends! Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years' weeks are at the High Season Rate.
No parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners or functions with over 20 people allowed.
