Aloha! Welcome to the tropical paradise of North Coast Village Beachfront condos in Oceanside, CA (North San Diego County). You will be enchanted by the lush tropical grounds with glistening waterfalls, running brooks, fern grottos, fountains and koi fish pond. This fabulous vacation property is situated directly on one of San Diego’s finest clean sandy beaches great for surf and swimming. Surfers navigate here for World Championships or for recreational. We have a great break right out in front of the complex (Sshhh! My husband doesn't want anyone to know) for long or shortboarding. This resort-style complex has so much to offer families with it’s many amenities: 2 heated swimming pools (one is a lagoon-style), 2 jacuzzis, gas bbq’s (overlooking pool and ocean), putting green, gym, saunas, billiards, ping-pong, library and laundry facilities.
Unit E-102 is an upgraded ocean view one bedroom unit only 50 yds. to sand and ocean front. It is well-appointed with ocean view also from bedroom (even in bed…ocean sounds lull you to sleep). Kitchen and living room have ocean view through reflection of living room mirrored wall. The unit is tastefully furnished and decorated. Fully equipped with Cal King bed, queen sleeper sofa, 2 floor futons, crib, 2 TV’s, 2 VCRs and DVD player, video library, games, nice new linens & kitchen items and everything for fun on the beach (chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, coolers and more). There is a custom tile bar shelf on the balcony with captain’s chairs to enjoy the sun, have meals or to have a sunset toast while you capture the sun melting into the sea. All you really need is clothing and food!
For those traveling with families, this unit is baby equipped with portable crib and nice bedding, baby bathtub, hooded bath towels, potty seat, booster seat, stroller, jogging stroller, deluxe backpack, toys, videos (Elmo, Barney, and Disney), sand toys and games. No need to lug the home with you and for the little ones to have fun as well.
For those with physical challenges, this unit is in very close proximity to amenities and is a single level (bathtub/shower does not have a handicap bar) unit. We are only 2 doors down from elevator. Library, laundry, pool, jacuzzi, putting green, garage and beach are right down elevator. No need to take one stair to any of these or my unit.
For you "Fitness Buffs" we have an on-site Personal Fitness Trainer (by appointment only)for training in our gym, Massage Therapist (by appointment only) and seasonal Yoga Classes in our Party Room (Free). We also have many state-of-the-art Fitness Centers close by: the new YMCA (also has a water slide and kids activity pool), Co-ed or Women Only (sorry gentlemen).
Kids will not want to leave and neither will you!
Activities and Attractions: Walk to Marina and pier: restaurants, shopping, boat rentals, fishing charters, sailing excursions, playgrounds, skate park, movie theatre, surf lessons, surf camp, pier fishing. By car: Disneyland 50 min., Sea World 35 min., San Diego Zoo 1 hr., Legoland 15 min., Wild Animal Park 30 min., Downtown San Diego 40 min., Old Town 35 min., Carlsbad Factory Stores 10 min., Del Mar Race Track (end of July-beginning Sept... closed Tues.) 20 min.
On-Site Amenities: This gated complex also features underground parking with 24 hour manned security, gym, billiards, saunas, ping-pong and putting green.
