Spacious two bedroom, two bath Penthouse unit with whitewater, sand and panoramic ocean views and (also available, two (2) one bedroom vacation rentals right next door to each other). Whitewater ocean views. Only short steps to the sand at one of the finest sandy beaches in California. The spacious, two bedroom luxury condo rents from $900 to $2000 a week depending on season. Monthly and special rates when available. No unit like it in the area. The master bedroom is 30x15 with king size bed, large private balcony/patio, panoramic ocean and garden views, cable TV with VCR & DVD, reflecting mirrors on three walls, large closets, plus walk in closet, beautiful black and white decor, separate dressing area and tub/shower bathroom. A truly relaxing top floor.
On the lower level (3rd floor)you will find beautiful black leather living room furniture with white wicker dinette and entertainment center. A full kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, full size refrigerator, and utensils. linens also furnished. Eat in or on one of the two private patios and sip a martini or watch the sunset or ocean with its surfers, ships, sailboats,etc. The living room sofa is a queen size sofa bed. Another cable TV in the living room is one of three in the condo.
Also on the lower floor, another good size bedroom with a sofa bed and twin bed. The twins can be made into two beds. This can be a private sitting room by day.
