This South facing villa on Deep Water comes with Six (6) Bedrooms, including two Master Suites with King Beds, Two Queen doubles and two Twin bedded rooms. Plus the Great room has a fold out Queen sleeper, so with space for Cots & Cibs, can sleep up to 15.
Two en-suite bath & Shower rooms, large family bath/shower room and a Pool side Shower room.
This villa has a large fully equipped Kitchen, Laundry room and a double Garage.
The Dinning Area seats 8-10, plus breakfast bar for four. Lounge area seats 10.
It is equipped with High Speed Wireless DSL connection, ideal for those who must work when away?
It is superbly furnished and equipped throughout, including Full Central Heating and
Air-Conditioning, Satellite TV, Video/DVD, CD Player, all Linins, Towels (inc beach towels),deck chairs & beach toys.
Just bring food, drink, money and yourselves?
There is a 30ft x 13ft Heated Pool, plus an 8 Seater Separately Heated Spa, Covered Lanai 35ft x 10ft, 30ft x 10ft Sun Deck, Fully Caged and not overlooked, all South Facing!
There is a 50ft Private Dock and a 9000lb Boat Lift, This is on Deep Water with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico via local nature reserve.
We can arrange, via a local boat hire company, who has a fleet of 35 boats,to have any size boat you require at very good discounted rates; up to 50% off, plus 1 free day on bookings of 3 days & 2 free days on 5!
Our local Management agents live locally are there for any assistance you may need, 24/7?

Just a quick note to say that we really enjoyed our week at your villa in Port Charlotte. The kids were in the pool a lot and we really enjoyed the hot tub. We were delighted with your Pelican Dock villa, which we felt to be very good value for money, although it is geared well for anyone interested in boating we were not interested in that aspect so we probably lost out on its potential! The 4 bathrooms were well appointed and adequate for our numbers. The description of the premises was accurate I would be happy to recommend it to a friend. With the beaches only 12-15 miles away, we never had any problems keeping the kids happy. We found the pool alarm system to be a must from the point of view of child safety. It was also very helpful to be left welcome pack on our arrival, this was greatly appreciated.

We offer High Speed Wireless Internet connection at a very small charge of $10.00 per week, plus tax.

Villa BBQ/Gas Grill:
This can be hired for $60.00 per week, plus tax.
This includes it's cleaning at the end of your stay and one full bottle of Gas.
Pool & Spa Heaters:
Normally the Pool is kept around 84f/27c and the Spa/Jacuzzi around 90f/30c. If you want the pool up to 88-90f/30c and the Spa to 104f/36c, we charge $200.00 per week, plus tax.
Cots & Cribs $60.00 plus tax per week.(includes linen)
Highchairs $45.00 plus tax per week.

8 wonderful 'sugar sand' beaches within 20 minutes, with some of the best shelling on the whole Gulf Coast.
7 great local Golf Courses within 30 minutes, including a 24 hour floodlit course just 6 miles away, all welcome children over 8.
From our Dock, the beautiful Gulf Cove nature reserve is just 5 minutes sailing time away, via which, Port Charlotte sound is 20 minutes, then out to the Gulf of Mexico. Great fresh and Salt water fishing, to be had in all areas, and local equipment hire is easy!
Port Charlotte for all department stores is only 15 miles away. Publix supermarket and two Gas stations 4 miles from villa. In our villa manual are listed over 20 restaurants, but why not cook your 'catch of the day' on the villa BBQ? |
