Description
Stroll down to the seawall at sunset and sip a glass of champagne as you watch the sun slide into the sea. Our beachfront complex is an impressive 15+ acres of tropical landscaping - strolling paths crossing wooden bridges over streams and waterfalls. You will be in awe over the meticulous care evident in even the smallest of details both in the complex itself, and in the details of our very own cottage unit. G2 is the end unit... upstairs next to the main gate. Our balcony overlooks the main entry waterfall and lush gardens which adorn the front of our complex. We have no one on 3 sides.. and just one unit below us. We have skylights and extra windows all the way around which provide light - and ventillation. We do not have any ocean view in this unit being on the Eastern border.. and we are close to Pacific Street and the Southern Pacific RR tracks are about 300 yards away. You will hear the trains go by .. but you don't really hear any street traffic as Pacific Street is not a major thoroughfare. Location is always a main driver - for price. So we have priced our 2 bdrm cottage very competitively ... and we believe we offer the very best value of any unit in the complex when comparing cost for contents. Our unit is meticulously maintained - with top of the line everything. Best beds- comfortable couches - elegant dining and entertaining - top line tv's and stereo equipment - a video library of both vcr and DVD - Parking for one vehicle in the parking garage.. but you are just across the street from City parking for additional cars at a price of $3.00 per day (2003 rate). Night parking is free with a NCV parking tag in view on the dash. We are well suited for families of all ages... and offer a wide range of sleeping including futons, beds, and crib. $250 advance required to hold a booking far into the future. $500 damage deposit on short term rentals. $1000 damage deposit on monthly rentals. Monthly rentals may require a credit check. All deposits are refundable subject to return condition of property.
 Other Fees:
$21 hoa registration - refundable damage deposit of $500 short term and $1000 long term rental. Bookings more than 60 days out require a partial pmt of $250 to hold and confirm reserved dates. Balance of all pmts due 60 days from arrival.

Add 10% tax $21.00 hoa registration and $135 cleaning to all rentals. off season 30 day rentals are at monthly rates - 60 day or longer rentals are on a sliding scale depending on length of stay. No smoking and no pets. We accept Visa, Mc, Ax and Discover at no extra charge. High speed DSL is offered at no extra charge. Local telphone 13 mile radius is free. Each rental earns a discount coupon for a future rental. Discounts offered to Military, Airlines, Police and Fire families with proof of affiliation. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons including all infants.
