This beautiful 1750 Sq.Ft.Townhouse sits right on Rainbow Lake. Rainbow Lake is a 88 acre lake with incredible wildlife and great fishing. All three bedrooms have views of the lake. You can see Bald eagles almost everyday. The views are WONDERFUL! This home is located in the shores which is in a gated community only minutes from Lakeside/Pinetop. You are also only 30 minutes from Sunrise ski resort. It is a two story townhouse and has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, with a fireplace. There are two porches right off both the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms overlooking the Lake. The house sleeps eight. The downstairs Master bedroom has a queen size bed with it's own private bathroom. The 1st upstairs bedroom has a double bed. The second upstairs bedroom has bunk beds and a sleeper couch that opens into a double bed. These bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom. There is also a half bathroom downstairs.

We are in a gated community called the Shores. You can be shopping in Pinetop/Lakeside in a matter of minutes. Sunrise ski resort is only 30 minutes away.

The fishing was great last year. About 30 yards straight out from my back porch is a wonderful fishing hole. One weekend last fall my son and I caught and released about 50 Trout. They ranged in size from 10 to 13 inches. We were bottom fishing with power bait and lures. lots of fun!

Cancellations and Refunds
Full refund if cancellation is made within 30 days of the reserved date or you can apply it to a future date. If you have to cancel and we are able to re-reserve the same days at the same rate, you will receive a full refund.
Deposits
A $200 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment for all nights reserved, the security deposit and the cleaning fee is payable 10 days before your reservation.
