Vacation Villas have an upscale appeal. The rooms are equipped with DVDs and entertainment systems, premium bedding, baths with pedestal sinks and more. The master suite has a king pillow top bed and private bath. There are two king rooms downstairs with a shared full bathroom, another beautiful queen bedroom upstairs, and separate bathroom. This agreement may be cancelled by written notification to owners no later than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the rental term and, upon such thirty (30) day cancellation, renters will forfeit rental payment. When this agreement is cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the rental term, one hundred percent (100%) of the rental paid will be forfeited and shall be non-refundable. No refunds of any kind will be made if cancellation occurs less than seven (7) days prior to the start of the rental term. Please note that no exceptions to this policy will be made for weather-related cancellations. |
