Come and relax in our cozy and comfortable two bedroom two bath condominium here in Bradenton, Florida. Our 1250 sq. foot condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The condominium is air conditioned and has a new washer and dryer. It has a spacious master bedroom with a walk in closet and bathroom. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twins. Enjoy the bright, cozy morning room and a comfortable living room complete with cable television. It has a separate dining area and a lovely screened lanai which overlooks a peaceful setting of trees and a pond to the left.We have owned our condo for 5 years and each summer we take the time to upgrade our condo for your comfort and convenience. Recent upgrades include: New air conditioning, new sofa and coffee table, new dining lighting, new blinds, a new extra long king bed in the master, and new carpet. This summer's upgrade is tiling the remainder of the flooring in the kitchen, morning room, halls and baths and the screened lanai. There is also a brand new self cleaning oven and dishwasher in the kitchen. I take pride in keeping our condo serviced and impeccably clean. The complex is on 30 acres with tree lined streets, lighted sidewalks, six lakes, two swimming pools and jacuzzi, two tennis courts and more. We are ten minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. Convenient grocery shopping is in walking distance along with several nice restaraunts, pubs, putter golf, movies and shopping. Nearby attracations include: Ringling Museum 15 min., St. Armands Circle, Sarasota 25 min., Busch Gardens, Tampa 60 min., and Disney World, Orlando 2 hrs. Bradenton is a golf haven and our condo is within 10 minutes of several courses. The clubhouse in the Shorewalk complex has a snack bar, a library, ping pong, billiards, large screen T.V. and hosted activities in season such as movie night and football night. ** Please note that an update to cancellation policy for in season bookings: a 30 notice is required for a full refund of deposit for an in season booking. If you cancel with less than a 30 day notice, a 2 night's stay is charged and the remainder of deposit is refunded.
(IN SEASON IS JAN - MARCH) Out of season, the standard 14 day notice of cancellation is required for full deposit refund. If less than 14 day's notice is given, a 2 night's stay is taken and remainder of deposit is returned in full.

There are BBQ grills near the clubhouse available to guests along with a large sun deck and lounge chairs.The clubhouse has a big screen T.V., games, billiards, ping pong and a video game room.

The beach is ten minutes down the road where you can go swimming, have a picnic lunch, or go to the marina for boating rentals.

 Cancellations and Refunds
Security deposits of $200.00 are refunded promptly after stay and no damage is accessed. Cancellation refunds must be received in writing, or with a confirmed email return by me withing 14 days for a full refund. Anything less, you will be charged two night's fee cancellation fee and the remainder is refunded. ( In season cancellation policy is 30 day notice, being Jan - March)

   Other Rate Information

There is a 6 1/2% sales tax and a 4% state of Florida bed tax. A refundable $200 security damage deposit is required and will be returned promptly after stay if there are no damages. A 20% deposit is required to hold a reservation with the balance of 80% due upon arrival. A written or emailed cancellation is required within 14 days for a full refund ( off season cancellation policy), otherwise there will be a two night cancellation fee charged for notification with less than 30 days or a No Show( during season Jan - March). Payment can be made WITH A PAYPAL ACCOUNT whereby you can use your credit card or checking account. Contact me for complete details, or you can send a money order, cashier's check or a personal check. Personal checks must be received at least 2 weeks prior to stay so that the checks have time to clear in case of cancellation and a refund. If you have unusual requests for nights stay less than a week, please email your inquiry. Ask about Special rates and Discounts for AAA and AARP, just email me.
