Located on the quiet, Western side of the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course and not overlooked, there are relaxing open Southerly and Westward views to the Florida Natural Reserve woodland from the oversize deck
The front doors open to a spacious full height lounge and adjoining dining area, then through to the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, nook and also the second lounge area - the generously furnished family room with cable TV. A privacy door leads to the Guest Master Suite (Queen size bed) with its own full bathroom and deck access.
Two sets of sliding doors open onto the deck (with lanai to provide shade) heatable pool and spa, and plenty of poolside furniture.
Upstairs the attractive galleried landing overlooks the lounge, off the landing are three twin bedrooms (one large), the third bathroom and the Master Suite. Double doors open to the Master (King size bed), with its luxurious en-suite which includes twin basins, separate shower, walk-in closet and large corner Roman bath.
DisneyWorld is about 12 minutes away, shops and restaurants 5 minutes and Highlands Reserve Tee#1, even less!
