You will fall in love with this home. This is truly a multiple-choice vacation rental - pick your pleasure! No other home in Central Oregon provides so many recreational options right at the property.
The beautiful Quail Run golf course and driving range is right across the road, the clear trout-filled Little Deschutes River borders the rear of the property - or you can stay indoors and play pool on a slate-bed table in the game room, soak in the large hot tub, play sit-down professional arcade games, or watch movies on the big flat-screen TV while seated in a massaging recliner.
The spacious open-design home with vaulted wood ceilings is on a private five-acre site. It has three large bedrooms plus an extra day bed in the game room, two full baths, two-car garage, and a shaded rear deck that overlooks a big pond with a layered rock waterfall.
The custom-built home has many large windows which bring wonderful daylight into the home. There are no close neighboring homes and the back yard has a constant parade of wildlife for viewing - you may see deer, elk, raccoons, otters, eagles, hawks, herons, wild geese and ducks, plus a fascinating assortment of smaller birds. Spring and fall are particularly good times for bird-watching, as the home site is on a major migration route.
The interior furnishings have all been chosen for maximum comfort - thick pillowtop mattresses, goosedown comforters, cushy sofas, massaging recliner, etc.
The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with a wide variety of tools and utensils, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, dishes, serving bowls, and silverware. All paper products, linens and bedding are provided.
Other amenities include: Telephone, big flat-screen TV, TV's in bedrooms, cable service, VCR & DVD players, a collection of movies, stereo system, Jacuzzi bathtub, washer & dryer, gas BBQ, wood stoves with firewood, books, games, a fenced dog run, field glasses for wildlife viewing, and river float tubes.
Maximum occupancy = 8 persons (not counting small children)
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Well-mannered pets are allowed - please discuss in advance.
