Enjoy 1200 square feet of private living space and view the beautiful waters of the intracoastal waterway from two decks (one off master bedroom, one off living area) Located directly across the Sound from FWB landing, site of the Billy Bowlegs, Native American festival, Christmas Boat Parade, Independence Day fireworks and many other festivals and activites. Just watch the activity of all the water vehicles and sometimes playful dolphins. Rent a boat or bring your own! Boat slips available at complex for $7 per day. Then enjoy the beach just across the street, all located on beautiful Okaloosa Island at Commodore's Landing in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. The best of both worlds!
With new kitchen cabinets and countertops, our condo is a split two bedroom with queen bed in each, loft with twin beds, and queen sleeper sofa. There are two baths upstairs, and 1/2 bath downstairs, as well as living room area, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator icemaker, all linens included, and a full-size washer and dryer. We have phones for local calls, cable, VCR, and stereo. Condo is beautifully decorated and centrally accessible to shopping, waterparks, the wonderful Gulfarium, the best restaurant is less than a mile away, any many more within 6 miles. And just 5 miles from Destin for all you deep-sea fishermen or fisherwomen.
