Come enjoy Camelbeach Waterpark this summer, featuring the new Pharaoh's Phortress Family play structure scheduled to open in mid June. Our home offers you the peace and serenity of the Pocono Mountains. Call us today and reserve your stay in our townhouse at The Village at Camelback. We offer great summer rentals for only $200 per night and great deals on weekly stays. Our home is tastefully decorated and renovated to meet all of your vacation needs. We are a year round rental home offering you winter skiing right out side our front door, beautiful fall foliage and quiet relaxing spring retreats. The Village at Camelback is the ONLY resort slope side at Camelback Ski Area. This is a Non-Smoking unit. No Pets Please. No Exceptions! We are a great unit for families!
This three-story, cozy townhouse is situated on the side of Camelback Mountain/Camelbeach water park . Ski in and Ski Out all day long! It features three bedrooms (one queen-size select comfort sleep number bed, two sets of twin bunk beds totally 4 beds in one room, 2 brand new twin beds that bump together to make a king size bed in the loft area,full-size futon in living room. We also provide you with a beautiful oak crib and highchair in excellent condition. Two and a half baths with new glass shower and tub enclosures make it easy for large groups up to 10 to get ready for their day of fun. Large living room with open layout and fireplace.
Updated kitchen with new appliances. Kitchen table with seating for 6. Secluded rear deck with table, chairs and (summer only gas grill). Front deck with ski/bike storage shed and glider seat to enjoy the views. Children's games/toys/videos in unit for your convenience. Visa/Mastercard accepted! Linens in home for your use. We request you launder them before you check out.
We even supply you starter paper products and spices! You supply your refills, consumables and firewood!
There are steps to and from our home and steps inside the home to access the sleeping areas.
Camelback Ski area has an excellent Adaptive Ski program. Want more information? Please email or call and we would be happy to tell you about their program and how to schedule your family member with special needs. Program runs January to early March.
MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RESERVE THIS UNIT, SIGN LEASE AGREEMENT and YOU MUST BE RESIDING IN THE HOME DURING THE PERIOD OF THE LEASE. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25. At least one guest must be 25 years of age and be residing on premises during the rental period
