You can rent this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom traditional home complete with all new amenities including CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, large master bedroom with private bathroom and extra large closet space througout the house; separate mud room entry with full size washer and dryer; beautiful hard wood floors and new modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge and ceramic top range in big open kitchen.
There's a 30' rear deck off the kitchen and near the HEATED POOL. This 16x32 pool with a 6' deep end was specially designed to provide a larger play area; great for kids. Ample patio furniture and a BBQ are all ready for you to enjoy. There's even an outside shower named Tilda's Shower (ask about it!).
The 1/2 acre lot is very private, wooded and fenced.
Private beach passes are included. Our neighborhood's privately owned, Clearwater Beach, provides you with lifeguards, a boat launch, covered picnic area and bathrooms. You can fish right there too. Best of all, NO CROWDS!
There are also several local beaches within biking distance, including Maidstone and Gerard. Shops and restaurants are close by too. And for the full East Hampton experience, the Village is only 5 miles down Three Mile Harbor Rd.
