The beautiful sunsets, the mist on the lake, the view of Mt Abram, the towering Norway pines and the call of the loon are just outside your door. Our three-season real Railroad Caboose with sleeping quarters, bathroom and chatting room is a special piece of nostalgia that is sure to thrill your entire group. And the home with a living room, fireplace room, billiard parlor, fully equipped rec room, screened porch and outdoor hot tub will afford plenty of space and fun for all. Just 15 minutes to the Sunday River ski slopes, 10 minutes to Mt Abram, and just over an hour to Storyland and North Conway.

Summer rates are 5000 per week, Fri-Fri from late June thru late-August. June and last week of August reduced rates apply.
