Stroll down to the seawall at sunset and sip a glass of champagne as you watch the sun slide into the sea... or capture it all from the privacy of your own covered balcony sitting in one of our tall Captains chairs at our custom designed dining counter built right into our balcony. We're just 40 yards to the edge of sands - and about as close as you can get to the water here at North Coast Village. Our 1 bdrm units are located in the E building - you can hear, smell, taste and see the ocean from two directions.



With 550 units situated on 17.5 acres of beach property.. location is key! North Coast Village isn't a resort.. but it sure looks like one. We have wooden bridges, koi ponds, strolling paths, waterfalls galore, and tropical landscaping that will knock your socks off. Add to that, two pools, two jacuzzi's (one set in lava landscape with waterfall) two saunas, 3 pinppong rooms, a professional quality putting green, a complete clubhouse with billiards, card tables and fireplace pit, plus a complete fitness center with showers for men and women (18 and over) and all the great equipment - even a ballet bar! We have a small library off of the pool with magazines and books to borrow. There are 2 sets of outdoor showers, one inside and one outside the pool area - Topping off our amenities is the fact that this complex is gated all the way around, and features underground secure parking for a standard 6' height vehicle. We have our own staff of North Coast Village security personnel who are on duty 365 days per year around the clock.


Inside, you will be charmed by the comfort and convenience of our condos. We are an airline family. With over 30 years at a major US airline, we have stayed at every conceivable place and no one has a better grip on what makes a great vacation condo than we do. Price, quality, comfort and convenience are key!But, add a 'Wow' factor like a full video library of more than 40 tapes with everything from Wee Sing to the Matrix on site, plus sand toys for toddlers, portable high chair and crib - even an umbrella stroller for you to use .. plus plenty of games, books, puzzles (with all the pieces intact), ping pong paddles, volleyball, beach equipment like sand chairs, beach umbrella, ice chest, and so on. You will be very glad to have chosen our condo for your vacation.



Our kitchen is fully equipped and offers every kitchen gadget from capuccino machine to toaster oven - Prepare a full thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings and you will have the support dishes you need to complete the task. Our dishware features every day china in plain white - and a buffet with fine dining china in a Nautical theme. We even have a full bar of glassware - from champagne flutes to tumblers. Our tile top dining room table seats 4 and we have two bar stools for the kitchen counter plus a portable high chair for really small travelers.



Most of us can't stop working just because we're on vacation.. So, for those of you connected... we have a small office setup in our master suite area with a computer desk, fax machine, HP printer and laptop ethernet cable to connect you to our High Speed DSL from ATT. There is a convenient telephone line hookup right at our desk too- so if you have an old computer, one without an ethernet port you can still get some work done, check your email and keep on having fun. Just be sure to have a toll free or local access number for your dialup ISP. Remember when you upgrade your laptop to a new version you will be able to access our high speed DSL and really be moving your work along.



Our master bedroom is large and features a California King Sealy Posturpedic luxury firm bed with a tempurpedic 3" memory foam topper - that keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The room is even big enough for one or both of your kids to roll out their futons if you prefer to have the whole family in one sleeping area. We have a portable crib

Frequent renter program - each rental earns a discount off of future rentals. If you see a tiny hole in our calendar from 2-5 nights.. please ask about a PUKA special. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons No smoking and No pets! Strictly enforced at all times.

Please add 10% tax, $21 hoa registration and $125.00 cleaning to all rentals. Holiday periods (all Federal holidays - and Spring Break/Easter require 7 night stay and are $100.00 per week higher than the posted weekly rent for that period. Summer is Sat to Sat rental only from Mid May to Labor Day. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AX and Discover at no added charge - We offer High Speed DSL at no added charge. Off Season Monthly rentals for longer than 30 days are discounted on a sliding scale dependent on length of rental- please call for information.
