The panoramic view of Menemsha pond is spectacular and there is access to a small private deeded beach. The walk to the beach is two minutes. The house is located in a wooded area and is at the end of a long dirt road. It is peaceful and private away from traffic and people.
This house and guest house are perfect for a family with children over the age of seven or for two couples. Pets are not allowed, no smoking. One bedroom is in the main house, the other two are in the guest house which is right next to the main house. Everyone can have privacy yet be together for a great vacation.
