Description
|
These are 2 bedroom, 2 bath chalet homes that the owners are not using all the time and have graciously allowed others to experience their piece of heaven in the mountains of western NC. Murphy is the last undiscovered area in NC and is located just 2 hours from many major cities, ie Atlanta, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Asheville. The homes have views from a high off the 10 foot open decks complete with outdoor cooking grills. All homes have sattelite TV and VCR and fireplaces for enjoying those cool NC evenings. Bring your clothes and groceries and we will provide everything else for a week of relaxing, water sports, hiking, craft shows, flea markets, auctions, fishing, golf etc. We have it all!

Our rates start at $ 425.00 a week and go up depending on the Chalet home you choose. We do have special rates available in offseason months: Sept.(after holiday), Jan. Feb. and March. We do have sleeper sofas in some homes and charge additional for persons over 4. We do have a 10 % state and local tax added to the weekly rate. We do have discounts for frequent renters. We are available to help if you would like to build your own home here and put it in the rental program. All rates are subject to change without notice.
