Sunshine, Golf and gracious living - Vacation in a luxurious Spring Run condo in the award winning Brooks community complex located directly between Ft. Myers and Naples Florida. The Brooks is a gated Country Club Community with a fabulous private championship golf course, par 72, professionally designed with five tees available for all levels of players. Completely transferrable golf membership for the entire length of your stay.
Non-smoking first floor professionally decorated unit with an outstanding view overlooking the fourth fairway includes All the amenities you would expect from a newly built golf community residence. The living area has a 12-foot glass opening onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view of the water and fairway. Queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The master bedroom which also overlooks the water and fairway, has a luxurious king bed located in the back of the unit for complete privacy. The guest bedroom has twin beds, located in the front of the unit. Each bedroom has a new plasma TV.
Very private unit (no golf cart path). Enjoy the pool which is very close to the unit (approx. 100 ft), along with several tennis courts and an exercise room and private country club. A $338.50 transfer fee provides you full membership to our private golf club, (currently $50 per round in season including cart with GPS), or, use the other facilities at your leisure, including an aquatic driving range, putting green, and complete pro shop. Tee times for golf may be scheduled in advance or in person at the pro shop.
Enjoy shopping at the brand new Coconut Point Mall, or the Miromar Outlets or at the upscale Promenade shopping center. There are also numerous top notch restaurants in the area.
