Description

Enjoy your vacation in our beautiful, newly remodeled efficiency condo. It's furnished with your comfort in mind, to be your home away from home. The complex has an extra large pool as well as a kiddie pool. Relax by the pool or on the upper sundeck or walk to the beach, it's just steps away.
The condo can sleep up to 5 people with a new queen size bed, a queen sofa sleeper, and a full sofa sleeper. Everything is furnished to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.
The condo has a "new" fully equipped kitchen with snack bar, dining area for 4, walk in closet, and much more. All linens are furnished, cable/TV, VCR, telephone w/answering machine (free local calls). To make your stay inside and outside enjoyable, we have furnished cards and board games (in the closet), as well as floats, folding beach chairs.
We also have 2 other condos in Panama City Beach. One is a 1st floor Top of the Gulf efficiency condo - with a private patio, which sleeps up to 4 people. The other is our one bedroom 1st floor - gulf front condo in Mariner West complex, which sleeps up to 6 people.
