Our 4 Units for Summer Rentals are 2 1/2 Blocks from the Beach and Boardwalk, only a few blocks from the Convention Center, and 2 blocks from Wildwood Crest. Many and varied restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

SUMMER SEASON RATES RANGE FROM

Unit A (Lighthouse Retreat) $975/WEEKLY plus $75 cleaning fee
Front unit sleeps 6. Two bedrooms each have a full sized bed. Living room has full sized sofa-bed. Functional kitchen and full bath. Unit is air conditioned. Sit on the front porch and feel the ocean breeze. Completely updated tile and wood floors make this unit bright and airy.
Unit B (Seascape Unit) $1075/WEEKLY plus $75 cleaning fee
Side unit sleeps 6. Living room, large kitchen, and bath with a shower on the first floor. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with queen sized bed and one with a single bed and a full sized bunk-bed. Unit has Air Conditioning. Sit on the deck and listen to the seagulls. Recent upgrades include carpet and wood floors.
Unit C (Seashell Unit) $1175/WEEKLY
plus $75 cleaning fee
Rear Upstairs unit sleeps 8. Cozy living room and very large functional kitchen on lower floor. Upper floor has bath with a shower and three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with three single beds, and one with a futon bunk bed. Unit has Air Conditioning. Barbeque and relax on the deck. Recently updated with new wood floors and carpet.
Unit D (Neptune's Retreat) ($1500/WEEKLY) plus $75 cleaning fee
This is a separate house in the rear of the property. Rear 2 story house sleeps 10. Kitchen with garbage disposal, dishwasher, washer/dryer and more, Full bath and three bedrooms, one bedroom on the first floor, two rooms on the second floor-one with 2 queen beds and one with 2 single beds.Unit is air conditioned. Sit on the patio outside and barbeque with a cool drink in your hand. The backyard is great for large family dinners.
